Quality Program: from Product to Service
On one side, a concern for products, a typical feature of any enterprise which can claim an industrial history and tradition dating back to generations; on the other, a concern for the market, a feature peculiar to competition-oriented companies which appeal to international competition to prompt their growth. Although they are rather different, however both components have left a mark in Gruppo Maggis entrepreneurial ability and are concentrated in a quality program which impregnates the entire system. Actually, Gruppo Maggis quality program is the result of synergies concentrated in organizing in-house production and finishing processes, on the one side, and in handling market needs, on the other. Consequently, product and service are two different facets of a common philosophy: quality-orientation, therefore customers satisfaction. |
